Return/ Exchange Policy
Due to the small nature of our company, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Felina Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
If your order has already left our custody, we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it for you.
Please be sure to read ALL ingredients and determine if you are allergic to any.
If you need any of the ingredients altered or switched off due to an allergy, please be sure to let me know. I will try my best to accommodate your needs and make you a custom order.
Please contact me if you would like to place any custom orders. These can take up to 5 business days to process + shipping time.

On most occasions, orders are shipped on the next business day but please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Once shipped orders will arrive between 1-5 business days depending on shipping method.
If an Item arrives damaged, please contact email@example.com for further assistance.
If an order is placed and it is returned because of an incorrect address entry, an additional shipping fee will be charged. To avoid this, please make sure that all information is entered correctly.
Felina Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
At this moment, Felina Beauty only ships within the United States.
For pickup orders, please send an email or direct message.
Once your pickup order is approved, you may choose the "pickup" shipping method at check out.
You are responsible for picking up orders from my location - I will not be dropping them off to you.
Please do not choose "pickup" during checkout if you are unable to come get your order.
After order is picked up, Felina Beauty is no longer responsible for your items.
